Guatemala, Egypt, Kenya, Zimbabwe & Peru.
About Snow Peas Mangetout:
Snow peas are bright green and are often used in Asian stir-fries. They are part of the legume family of sugar peas and have edible pods. Origins:
Guatemala, Egypt, Kenya, Zimbabwe & Peru.
About Sugar Snaps Peas:
Sugar Snap Peas are a cross between garden peas and snow peas. Snap peas grow on a vine, which is supported by a trellis or other support system in order to keep the pods from touching the soil.
They are a good source of vitamins A, C Thiamin, and Niacin, and provide adequate amounts of phosphorous, iron and potassium. Sugar snap peas are a great addition to a healthy diet because they contain no cholesterol, almost no fat and are low in sodium.

White & Purple Garlic (Egypt)
About white & purple garlic (Egypt):
Egyptian white and purple garlic are prized for their robust flavor and high quality. White garlic, with its smooth, papery skin, offers a strong, pungent taste, while purple garlic, identifiable by its streaked or spotted purple cloves, provides a slightly milder, yet still rich, flavor. Both varieties are rich in allicin, a compound known for its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. They are commonly used in a wide array of dishes to enhance flavor and provide health benefits.
