Green beans are elongated, thick and fleshy with cylindrical shape. They have
a mild flavour that can sometimes seem somewhat sweet. They are a rich source of proteins, carbohydrates and dietary fibres. It also contains vitamins of the B group, vitamins C and K and minerals such as magnesium, iron and manganese.
